Taking a lunch break was always complicated for Sydnee, the office manager at LEAP Legal Software Australia. “I had to plan it to the minute, find a person to fill in at reception, and stick to the time,” says Sydnee. “Even if I didn’t feel hungry, I had to go and come back on time,” she adds.
